Friendly Reminders – Please Read Before Ordering
🧼We recommend regular vacuuming for daily care. Our rugs are consumable items, so please treat them gently for longer-lasting use. They can be lightly hand-washed or spot cleaned with a damp cloth. Some loose fibers may appear initially—simply brush them away gently. Due to rolled packaging for shipping, slight creases may appear upon arrival. These will naturally flatten out after a few days of use.
🎨 Due to lighting, printing techniques, screen display differences, and personal color perception, there may be slight variations between product images and the actual rug. These are not considered defects—please refer to the actual product for true color.
🔧As this is a made-to-order custom product, the default includes a hand-drawn portrait of one pet. If you'd like to add more pets, please contact us before placing your order.
